How do I restore my purchase?
Open the settings menu in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The app isn't sending reminders.
First, check the settings in the app to ensure reminders are enabled and a time is set. Then, check your device settings under Notifications > Don't Skip Today to ensure alerts are allowed.
