1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information directly through the App.

The App does not require account creation or login.

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or user tracking.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain information locally on your device so it can function properly. This may include:

• whether you completed today's reading
• your streak count
• your onboarding completion status
• your reminder preferences
• your preferred Bible translation
• your appearance settings, such as light mode or dark mode

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App may schedule local reminder notifications on your device based on the reminder settings you choose.

These notifications are generated on-device. We do not receive notification data from your use of the App.

You can change notification permissions at any time in your device settings.

4. Bible Content Requests

The App may request Bible passage text from a third-party Bible service in order to display the daily reading.

At this time, the App uses bible-api.com to retrieve scripture text by reference. These requests may include basic technical information that is normally shared in standard web requests, such as your IP address, as part of the connection between your device and that service.

We do not use these requests to identify you personally.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions and free trials are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive your payment card information or billing details.

6. Suggest an Idea

If you choose to use the "Suggest an Idea" feature, the App opens your email app with a draft message addressed to us.

Any information you choose to include in that email is provided by you voluntarily.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

8. Data Retention

Because we do not maintain user accounts or collect personal data directly, we do not keep a server-side database of your personal information.

Information saved for app functionality is stored locally on your device until you remove the App, reset the App, or change your settings.

9. Your Choices

You can:

• disable notifications in your device settings
• change your in-app reminder and appearance settings
• stop using the App at any time
• remove locally stored app data by deleting the App from your device

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
